Trace-level mercury measurement workshop and MERX user group meeting

If you are planning to attend the 12th International Conference on Mercury as a Global Pollutant this June in Jeju, Korea, we encourage you to sign up for Brooks Rand Instruments’ free pre-conference workshop on trace level mercury measurement and MERX® user group meeting.

Hosted by our company president, Colin Davies, the workshop will feature a variety of speakers including Dr. Joel Creswell, who will share new and exciting developments for trace-level mercury analysis at Brooks Rand Instruments and Annie Carter with Brooks Applied Labs, who will contribute her findings on a comparison of distillation methods for methylmercury determination in water samples. In addition to our speakers, the last 40 minutes of the 2.5 hour workshop allows attendees to choose between open discussion breakout sessions, one centered on application/method development and the other around Brooks Rand Instruments products. Delicious, locally prepared refreshments and coffee will be available.

Open to everyone, this informative workshop will be especially helpful for anyone interested in learning useful techniques and tricks for mercury analysis that go beyond the information available in published literature, those new to mercury analysis or considering adding this capability to their lab, and Brooks Rand MERX® instrument users.

The perfect venue to get technical and methodological advice, the workshop also offers a great opportunity to learn from peers. Registration is easy and workshops are free for all registered conference attendees: http://mercury2015.com/sub/sub02_05.asp?top_param=2&menu=6
